If you purchased your shoes from our website and you believe they are faulty please use the “contact us” button on the website. Please tell us the order number, style code, colour and size of the shoes along with a description of the issue. Please also include images, showing the problem you have with the shoe and if possible an image of the label for our reference.

A member of our Customer Care team will then respond and tell you what to do next, please do NOT send faulty shoes back to the warehouse.
